“Lady Butterfly” Sculptures by Lady Aiko

I was cruising around the interent when I stumbled on an *awesome* series of figures that is currently seeing it’s 3rd colourway run of production, by the incredibly talented graf artist, Lady Aiko.

The figure in question is based off her “Lady Butterfly” character, and it is pretty hot. I’m an appreciater of finely produced figures, and even more so of the female form. And this figure is exceptionally crafted, and captures the beauty of the women physique amazingly well.

The “Lady Butterfly” figure has already seen two super limited releases so far, a Silver Edition and a Black Edition, and Lady Aiko is ready to drop her newest colour way, Cherry, in time for Valentines Day!

I have included some behind the scenes pics above which show Lady Aiko at the Japan production house where she is overseeing the final quality of the figures.

Each figure is limited to 10 pieces worldwide, is 10” tall, and comes in an awesome detailed cylindrical tube. The previous figures sold for $550, so that is the guesstimate for the upcoming Valetines Day release.

I am a big fan of the sexiness and production of these figures, and super jealous of those who score one! Good luck to those who plan to, ‘cause no doubt these will go QUICK!
