The Amazing Spider-Man trailer has hit the, errr, webs!

So it seems like it’s been Spider-Man week this week, with a few spoils of The Dark Knight rises as well.

But today, after a few bootlegged recordings, the official The Amazing Spider-Man trailer has hit, and it is looking *pretty* good.

I was a huge fan of the Raimi films, and still regard the first 2 movies in his trilogy to be possibly the best super-hero films to date (Number 2 being more so than the first). So I was pretty sad to hear that the next Spider-man film would be void of all things Raimi, as I believed he was starting to slowly understand the character, much like Jon Favreau has understood Iron Man in the recent years.

But I gotta say, Marc Webb is impressing me with this film more and more. Spider-Man, this time played by a younger Andrew Garfield compared to Tobey Maguire in the previous films, is being shown to be a lot more ‘teeny’ and tough skinned with clear cases of vulnerability.

And don’t miss the rather impressive first person Spidey cam towards the end! Cant wait to that, and hopefully more, when it finally releases!
